This place is extremely clean with well-kept rooms, it has a fantastic location just a short 5-minute walk from Stalis Beach, overall, everything was great, I had a pleasant stay.

Rooms were not only immaculate but also cosy. We enjoyed location, it was perfect, on the outskirts of malia. Food for breakfast was great. The staff was really helpful all the time...

Convenient location: The bus stop right outside the hotel made it incredibly easy to explore nearby towns like Malia and Hersonissos.

Minor noise issue: The road outside the hotel could be a bit noisy at times, but it was easily manageable by simply closing the balcony door.

During my stay at Memories, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing amenities offered by the hotel. The complimentary wireless internet access allowed me to stay connected and plan my daily activities easily. The concierge services were exceptional, providing helpful tips and recommendations for exploring Hersonissos. the beachfront bar/lounge with its pool view was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. Memories truly exceeded my expectations.

One minor downside of my experience at Memories was the lack of a proper welcome upon our arrival. We arrived late at night and were left to figure out our room number from a notice pinned to a post.

Overall experience was great.

The apartments at Memories Apartments were so cozy and comfortable, I instantly felt at home. Having my own kitchenette in the room was a game-changer for this budget traveler. I could cook my own meals and save money! The private balcony was a lovely spot to relax and soak up the warm Cretan sun. Free WiFi was a lifesaver, allowing me to stay connected and share my amazing experiences with friends and family.

Personally, I didn't use the stovetop in the kitchenette as much as I thought I would.

The location of the apartment was great, as it was close to the beach and the bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and showing us everything we needed to know. The room had all the necessary facilities, including a hairdryer and iron.

Felt warm, no complaint.

The hotel had a lovely traditional Greek decoration, with beautiful colors and patterns that made me feel like I was in a cozy home away from home. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility, with ramps and handrails in place to assist me in navigating the different parts of the hotel.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and available. Sometimes, I felt like I had to search for assistance or wait for the children working there to be available.

Great location near the beach, amazing sea view, comfortable bed, free WiFi and air conditioning, helpful staff, clean pool and bar.

Everything great.
